1. About MedTravel.AI

  • provide cost estimates

  • coordinate travel and appointments

We do not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
We are not a healthcare provider and we do not guarantee medical outcomes.

All medical care is delivered by third-party hospitals and licensed healthcare professionals, not MedTravel.AI.

2. Eligibility

You may use MedTravel.AI if:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You provide accurate information

  • You consent to communication via email, WhatsApp, phone, and SMS

  • You are able to make your own medical and travel decisions

3. Nature of Our Services (Important Disclaimer)

MedTravel.AI provides facilitation services only, including:

  • General medical tourism information

  • Hospital recommendations

  • Appointment coordination

  • Cost estimate collection

  • Assistance with medical and travel documentation

  • Communication support between patient and hospital

  • Non-medical guidance

We do not:

❌ Provide medical opinions
❌ Ensure eligibility for specific treatments
❌ Make medical decisions
❌ Prescribe medication
❌ Guarantee success, recovery, or safety
❌ Perform background checks on hospitals beyond publicly available accreditation

All medical decisions are made solely between you and the treating hospital.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

Content on MedTravel.AI (including website content, messages, emails, WhatsApp communication, or documents) is not medical advice.

You should consult a licensed medical professional in your home country before making treatment decisions or traveling abroad.

5. Communications Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from MedTravel.AI via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

  • Phone

  • Website chat

  • Third-party communication tools

You may opt out anytime.

6. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree that all information you submit — medical history, reports, documents, identity information, and travel details — is:

  • accurate

  • complete

  • truthful

  • up-to-date

We rely on your information to coordinate with hospitals.
Providing false or incomplete information may impact eligibility, safety, or cost estimates.

7. Sharing Your Information With Hospitals

By using MedTravel.AI, you authorize us to:

  • Share your medical documents

  • Share your personal information

  • Send your case to hospitals/doctors

  • Facilitate communication with providers

We share only what is necessary to coordinate your care.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting: privacy@medtravel.ai

8. Third-Party Hospitals & Providers

You acknowledge that:

  • MedTravel.AI does not control hospitals

  • We do not supervise or monitor medical professionals

  • We are not responsible for treatment decisions

  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by hospitals

  • We do not guarantee the quality of care, pricing, or availability

  • We do not assume liability for medical errors, complications, or negligence

Your relationship with hospitals is independent from your relationship with MedTravel.AI.

9. Payments & Fees

In certain cases, MedTravel.AI may charge:

  • Coordination fees

  • Consultation/processing fees

  • Deposit fees

  • Service fees

If hospital partners pay us referral or coordination commissions, we will disclose this upon request.

All payments, if any, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

10. Travel Arrangements

MedTravel.AI may assist with:

  • Flight guidance

  • Hotel recommendations

  • Local transportation

  • Visa guidance

However, we are not responsible for:

  • Travel cancellations or delays

  • Visa issues

  • Airline performance

  • Baggage loss

  • Accommodation quality

  • Immigration decisions

Travel is at your own risk.

11. Risks of Medical Tourism

You acknowledge that traveling abroad for medical treatment involves inherent risks, including:

  • Differences in medical standards

  • Differences in clinical protocols

  • Surgical risks and complications

  • Language or cultural barriers

  • Travel-related health risks

  • Limited legal recourse abroad

  • Changes in pricing or availability

You agree to evaluate risks independently with your own doctors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MedTravel.AI is not liable for:

  • Medical or surgical outcomes

  • Misdiagnosis or malpractice by hospitals

  • Complications, infections, or side effects

  • Delays or cancellations in treatment

  • Travel or accommodation issues

  • Loss of documents, data, or personal items

  • Errors or omissions by partner hospitals or third parties

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedTravel.AI, its founders, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your travel or treatment abroad

  • Your interactions with third-party providers

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Inaccurate information you provide

14. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is managed according to our Privacy Policy.

We follow HIPAA-aligned security practices and comply with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA/PHIPA).

15. Intellectual Property

All:

  • Website design

  • Logos

  • Text and articles

  • Images

  • Tools and calculators

  • Software

  • Brand assets

belong to MedTravel.AI and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

16. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for:

❌ Fraudulent purposes
❌ Misrepresenting your identity
❌ Uploading false or harmful documents
❌ Harassing staff or partners
❌ Interfering with system security
❌ Scraping or extracting data

17. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:
